1. Currency and Pricing
All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. All products have tax included in the price, if not, the tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase.
2. Shipping and Delivery
At the moment, we only ship within Croatia by standard post at a flat rate of 40KN.

4. Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving. Just return it unused and undamaged and we’ll arrange an exchange or refund straight away. The costs of return is paid by the customer. Shipping and handling costs that we had during the delivery of the product are deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. 5. Disputes and Solving
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and therefore a complaint can be sent to email firstname.lastname@example.org. For extrajudicial settlements of consumer disputes, the European Union has launched an online platform ODR platform.
Croatian citizens as customers are entitled to all the rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača).
